Service Description

A 3 week Middle Splits course. Each class is an hour long, covering nerve glides, mobility, active flexibility and splits drills. Let's get those legs strong and flexible. Please have yoga blocks, a long looped superband, and a mini loop resistance band. Course dates: Wednesday 4th, 11th and 25th of February at 1pm UK (note no class on 18th Feb) Zoom recordings will be sent out within 24hrs of the class. You must download the class within 7 days



Cancellation Policy

All online classes are non refundable as a downloadable recording will be sent to all booked participants after the class. The zoom recording must be downloaded within 7 days of receiving it.
