Service Description
A 4 week Middle Splits course. Each class is an hour long, covering nerve glides, mobility, active flexibility and splits drills. Let's get those legs strong and flexible. Please have yoga blocks, a long looped superband, and a mini loop resistance band. Zoom recordings will be sent out within 24hrs of the class. You must download the class within 3 days.

All online classes are non refundable as a downloadable recording will be sent to all booked participants after the class. The zoom recording must be downloaded within 3 days of receiving it.
