The Heels Lab Online - nerdy anatomy, effective drills, and gorgeous heelwork! Starting barefoot, Emily Laura guides you through targeted drills to develop toe articulation, arch strength, ankle stability, and full-body alignment. You’ll explore how the feet connect into the entire kinetic chain, learning how to activate the right muscles and distribute weight efficiently once heels are on, both on the floor and around the pole. With a strong focus on anatomy, technique, and longevity, this workshop gives you the tools to move with greater control, ease, and precision—making your heelwork feel stronger, smoother, and more intentional.
