Service Description
Ready to take your edgework to the next level? Series Three is here to help you build seamless flow, sharpen your style, and feel more confident in your movement. Perfect for those who want to start refining their artistry with tantalising moves, slick technique and smooth flow. You'll learn conditioning for the ankles, legs, core and upper body, shoe proprioception and function, key technique along with a range of beautiful edgework moves. Please have 8 inch heels (sandals or soft boots) and a yoga block. Class Dates: 1pm UK on June Tues 3rd, 10th, 17th and Thurs 26th. Level/Pre-Requisites: must be able to execute walks, basic pole holds, pirouettes and spins in heels, and working towards reverse grab; must be able to lift weight out of feet in a split (or bracket) grip. This course will require some edgework experience, such as Edgework Elements Series 1 and 2, or the ability to execute static box breaks. Please contact Emily Laura if you need further guidance. Not suitable for heels beginners. Recordings will be sent within 24hrs of the class. Please download them within 7 days.
