Service Description
Level up your heels game with 4 weeks of conditioning and heels technique. Each class will start barefoot, as we learn to articulate the toes and engage the arches. We'll then step into our heels, working on increasing our strength and range, and building confidence in moves and transitions. Key areas that will be developed include: pointe work, weight transfers, core and upper body control, utilising the side of the shoe. Equipment: a long resistance band, mini loop band, yoga blocks, pole, heels Level: understanding of beginners spins such as chair, fireman. Any level of heel's experience from beginners to advanced.

All online classes are non refundable as a downloadable recording will be sent to all booked participants after the class. The zoom recording must be downloaded within 3 days of receiving it.
