Service Description

A 4 week Front Splits course. Each class is an hour long, covering nerve glides, mobility, active flexibility and splits drills. Let's get those legs strong and flexible. Please have yoga blocks and a mini loop resistance band. A foam roller will be used for one exercise, but alternatives will be given. Zoom recordings will be sent out within 24hrs of the class. You must download the class within 3 days.

Cancellation Policy

All online classes are non refundable as a downloadable recording will be sent to all booked participants after the class. The zoom recording must be downloaded within 4 days of receiving it.
