Service Description

Let's roll around on the floor! You’ll learn a pathway full of my favourite pivots, twirls, sweeps, and extensions all whilst developing your understanding of weight transfers, transitions, and level changes that help you create effortless flow (it wouldn't be an Emily Laura class without a bit of nerdiness!) No prerequisites. Please wear kneepads, layers, and either heels or socks. Recording included. You must download the recording within 7 days.
