Service Description
A 2 part series focusing on how to engage, use and maximise your core. You'll learn how to coordinate the pelvic floor with your breath and core for maximum effectiveness. We'll work through off the pole condition before moving to the pole for drill and practical application. The first class will be off the pole, and the second class will start off before we move to the pole. Suitable for all levels, and will give to methodologies that you can apply to all styles of pole. Equipment: yoga block, long resistance band, foam roller, pole Recording included.
